Simple Barbeque baby back ribs recipe?

I’m using an oven to barbeque baby back ribs. Please help me how to cook it perfectly, tender to the bones and sweet and spicy taste.

I’ve searched the internet for recipes and my head aches because of the tedious and complicated steps. I’m a simple housewife and I want recipes that are easy to cook with readily available ingredients. Could you provide recipes without using wine, mustard? I’ve encountered recipes with ingredients like this. Is it really possible to cook ribs with excellent taste just like those of the restaurant without spending too much money on pricey ingredients. Oh, can you include the hours to marinate the ribs. Lastly, can I use turbo boiler instead of the oven. Thank you very much!

VERY EASY WAYS:

2 cups ketchup
1/2 cup brown sugar
2 tablespoons white vinegar
2 tablespoons minced onion
2 teaspoons minced garlic
2 teaspoons dry mustard
2 teaspoons cayenne
Salt and black pepper
1 4-pound slab baby back ribs – or which ever you prefer

Preheat oven to 325 degrees. In a bowl combine all ingredients except ribs to make a sauce; season with salt and pepper. On a rack set in a roasting pan season ribs with salt and pepper and brush with a thick layer of sauce. Roast ribs, basting every 30 minutes, until tender and falling off the bone, about 1 1/2 hours.

The othe way I did it:

I marinated them in Emerils dry rub, which you can get at the store, for a few hours… took them out put them in aluminum foil, layer ribs with a BBQ sauce of choice, fold up so that there is no holes, put on a roasting pan and cook @ 300 until ribs are falling off bone…. VERY TENDER AND GOOD

OH YEAH: after ribs look tender and they are where you like them, remove them from tin foil and place under broiler for 5 minutes to give them a nice look!!

Here is a same easy way… just no marinating…

2 pounds pork baby back ribs
1 (18 ounce) bottle barbecue sauce

Tear off 4 pieces of aluminum foil big enough to enclose each portion of ribs. Spray each piece of foil with vegetable cooking spray. Brush the ribs liberally with barbeque sauce and place each portion in its own piece of foil. Wrap tightly and refrigerate for at least 8 hours, or overnight.
Preheat oven to 300 degrees F (150 degrees C).
Bake ribs wrapped tightly in the foil at 300 degrees F (150 degrees C) for 2 1/2 hours. Remove from foil and add more sauce, if desired.
