Baked Cauliflower Recipes

Cauliflower bake?
I am gonna make caulifloer and broccili bake 2morro. You think it would be ok to steam both just now, leave 2 cool, then refrigerate and use 2 morro?? its just to save time!!
Any other recipes 4 this kinda thing?
Cauliflower Parmigiana Bake
Ingredients
1/2 cup dry breadcrumb, mixed with
seasoning salt, and
pepper, and
2 tablespoons parmesan cheese
1 large cauliflower, separated into small equal size florets (about 3 pounds)
3-4 cups chunky marinara sauce (can use homemade or a 26 ounce jar)
3 cups mozzarella cheese (or to taste)
1/3 cup grated parmesan cheese (or to taste)
Directions
1Set oven to 375 degrees.
2Butter an 11 x 7-inch baking dish.
3Sprinkle about 2-3 tablespoons seasoned bread crumbs on the bottom of the dish.
4Place half of the cauliflower florets on top of the bread crumbs.
5Pour 1-1/2 cups marinara sauce over the florets.
6Sprinkle half of the mozza cheese and remaining bread crumbs over sauce.
7Repeat the layering (ending with the mozza cheese).
8Cover with foil.
9Bake for about 40 minutes.
10Remove foil, and sprinkle with Parmesan cheese.
11Return to oven uncovered and bake another 10-15 minutes or until the florets are soft and the Parmesan cheese is golden brown.
12Let stand for 15 minutes before serving.
broccoli and cauliflower bake
Ingredients
1 lb fresh broccoli, broken into small florets
1 head cauliflower, broken into small florets
1 1/2 cups shredded monterey jack cheese
8 ounces sour cream
1 (4 ounce) can chopped green chilies, drained
4 tablespoons butter or margarine, melted,divided
1 teaspoon salt
1/4 teaspoon pepper
3/4 cup crushed seasoned stuffing mix
Directions
1Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
2Add 1 inch of water to a Dutch Oven; add broccoli and cauliflower florets.
3Bring to a boil.
4Reduce heat; cover and cook 7-8 minutes, or until tender.
5Meanwhile, in a bowl, combine the cheese, sour cream, chilies, 2 tablespoons melted butter, salt and pepper.
6Drain vegetables well; gently fold in cheese mixture.
7Transfer to a greased 2 1/2 quart baking dish.
8Toss the stuffing with the remaining melted butter.
9Sprinkle over vegetables.
10Bake, uncovered, 20-25 minutes or until heated through.
Beef Bake
Ingredients
2 tablespoons vegetable oil
1 medium cooking onion, chopped
1 clove garlic, minced
1 lb lean beef, ground
1/2 teaspoon coriander, ground
1/4 teaspoon ginger, ground
2 medium-size tomato, chopped
1 teaspoon light brown sugar
2 tablespoons fresh parsley, minced or 1 tablespoon dried parsley, minced
1/2 teaspoon salt
1/8 teaspoon pepper
1 green pepper or red pepper
Directions
1Preheat oven to 375f, Heat oil in a skillet over moderate heat. Add onion and garlic. Cook uncovered 5 min.
2Push to one side and add beef.
3Stir occasionally until browned.
4Mix coriander, ginger, tomatoes, brown sugar, parsley, salt, pepper, and peppers in a bowl.
5Add to beef.
6M ix well and transfer to ungreased 1 quart casserole dish.
7Bake uncovered 20 minutes.
8Serve over rice.
taco bake
Ingredients
1 1/2 lbs Ground Beef
1 packet taco seasoning (or homemade is fine)
1 teaspoon chili powder
1 can sliced stewed tomatoes, drained
2 cans crescent roll
1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
1 cup shredded colby cheese (cheddar is fine too)
Directions
1Cook ground beef and drain, return to pan and add chili powder and taco seasoning and water according to package.
2Reheat for about 10 minutes.
3Spread 1 package crescent rolls in 9×13 pan.
4Spread taco mixture on top.
5Place tomatoes on mixture.
6Mix the 2 cheeses together and put on top of tomatoes.
7Place the second can of crescent rolls on top.
8Bake at 350 for 1 hour.
