Macaroni And Cheese Baked
How do you know when macaroni & cheese is done?
I’m making baked macaroni & cheese and I can never really tell when it is done baking. Usually I’ll get it out when the cheese is browned and slightly burnt when I still want it to be orange. So how can you tell when it is done baking before it gets burnt?
Take a fork and get some mac out of the middle of the dish…. and remember that it continues to cook after it gets out of the oven…..
