into a 13 amp plug socket
If it came with a plug on it as new, then yes.
If not, then probably not – read the instructions.
There’s no point guessing how powerful your oven is. If you don’t have a manual, then open the door and look on the data plate just inside the door. This will tell you the load (kW) and probably the rated current (A). Sometimes the data plate is on the back of the oven near the cable entry.
Find out the current rating, let us know, and we’ll advise you on what to do next.
