Easy Baking
Yummy Baking. I need a easy recipe for cookies or some other kind of baking. no butter/ shortening/ margerine.
I have no butter or margerine or shortening. oil is fine:) Can someone PLEASE provide me with a good, tried and true, recipe for some sort of baking. An easy recipe would be great!!!

if you have a recipe oil can replace butter ,it is aequal to around two thirds or three quarters thee amount of butter.
50g butter oil replace as stated above.
2 tablespoons sugar
3 tablespoons honey
1/2 cup flour standard
1 tsp baking powder
1/2 teaspoon ground ginger
Melt oil,sugar and honey together in sauce pan ,remove from heat, add dry ingredients drop teaspoon lots on oven tray
leaving room to double in size
bake at 180 degrees CELCIUS for 8 to ten minutes until golden and cool!
Never tried it but from a trusted recipe book!
