Fitting gas or electric freestanding ovens?

i am moving into a property that has a gas and electric connections and i was wondering if you need an electrician or gas engineer to install this or it can be done yourself? so i am unsure as to which oven to get depending on the easiest to install and least expensive

In any property you should get a professional in and in the case of gas with a new appliance that does not have the hose connection attached it must be done by a Gas Safe registered engineer. The cost for either would be very similar as cooker cable is quite expensive and would probably be almost the same as a gas hose and the gas cooker has to have a safety security device fitted to it.
EDIT Jekin its a UK question and UK cookers dont come with any cable(pig tail) and we dont use wire nuts Sorry.
