Pressure Cooker with holes, how to fix.?

Hello,
I have a Fagor Plaksteel pressure cooker, recently I had tried making popcorn in it and it got burned, with pieces sticking to the bottom. To remove it I first tried soaking in baking soda for a few weeks with no success, finally, I soaked it in oven cleaner for a week which did remove the burnt popcorn. Now, I have noticed several small holes (a few mm in size) on the inside part of the bottom which do not go all the way through. Is this pot still usable? How can I plug the holes?

Get a new pot you can’t plug holes it cooks under pressure and it would be dangerous not to mention toxic.
